1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Digital Arcadia website or the Arcadia Age API (A3) service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Digital Arcadia provides age assurance API services through the Arcadia Age API (A3). The service provides age bracket estimation and compliance metadata via a RESTful API. The service operates with zero data retention — no PII, biometric data, or user content is stored.
3. API Usage
You must use the API in accordance with your selected plan’s rate limits and usage quotas. You are responsible for securing your API keys and for all activity under your account. Do not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to: violate any law or regulation, attempt to reverse-engineer the API, use the service for surveillance or tracking purposes, or submit requests designed to extract training data or model weights.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Age assurance results are probabilistic estimates and should not be the sole basis for legal compliance decisions. You are responsible for your own compliance strategy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Arcadia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Billing & Cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Overage charges are billed at the end of each billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
