Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 1, 2025
1. Introduction
Digital Arcadia (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Digital Arcadia website and the Arcadia Age API (A3) service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.
2. Zero Data Retention
The Arcadia Age API (A3) is designed with a zero data retention architecture. No personally identifiable information (PII), biometric data, facial images, or user content is stored, logged, or persisted at any point during the age assurance process. Each request is processed in real-time and immediately discarded.
3. Information We Collect
Website visitors: We may collect standard analytics data (page views, referral source, device type) via privacy-respecting analytics tools. No cross-site tracking.
API customers: We collect account information (email, organization name) necessary to provide the service, issue API keys, and process billing.
Contact form submissions: Name, email, and message content submitted through our contact form are processed via Formspree and used solely to respond to your inquiry.
4. How We Use Information
We use collected information to: operate and maintain our services, respond to inquiries, process payments, send service notifications, and improve our products. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), HMAC-SHA256 signed verification tokens, and strict access controls. Our zero-retention architecture eliminates the risk of stored data breaches.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information at any time by contacting us at connect@digital-arcadia.com. Because the A3 API retains zero end-user data, there is no end-user data to access, correct, or delete.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
